Daily Schedule:

Morning Session:

  • 8:30 AM: Gather at the camp for a brief on the day’s conditions and goals
  • 9:00 AM: Intensive water session focusing on personalized coaching goals
  • 11:30 AM: Video analysis feedback session

Lunch Break: Refuel with a nutritious meal at our camp’s dining area, specially catered to keep you energized.

Afternoon Session:

  • 1:30 PM: Second water session applying morning feedback and exploring new techniques
  • 4:00 PM: Group discussion and theoretical insights to deepen understanding and strategy
