This Site is operated by Natural Surf Morocco, a Sole Proprietorship Limited Liability Company (SARL AU) registered in the Commercial Register of Agadir under number 61245, with its headquarters located at Hay Ait Soual Tamraght, Aourir, Agadir, 80750, Morocco. By accessing the Site and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions”). These Conditions govern the use of the Site and the booking of our surf school services and all-inclusive packages, including Surf Coaching, Surf and Yoga, Surf Guiding, and Stand-Up Paddle.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms are defined as follows:

“Site”: Refers to the website operated by Natural Surf Morocco, accessible at www.naturalsurfmorocco.com.
“Client”: Refers to any person using the Site to make a booking or access the services provided.
“Pack”: Refers to the all-inclusive trips offered by Natural Surf Morocco, which include:
- Accommodation in the surf house (including towels and soap).
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner.
- Wi-Fi access.
- Transfers: Between the airport and the surf house, as well as between surf activities and other included activities.
“Service Providers”: Refers to third-party partners of Natural Surf Morocco who provide certain services included in the packs, such as accommodation, lessons, or transportation.

Services Offered

Natural Surf Morocco offers all-inclusive packages designed to provide an exceptional surf experience. The services included in our packs are as follows:

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

To book one of our all-inclusive packages, follow these steps:

Select a package: Browse the available options (e.g., Surf Coaching, Surf & Yoga, Surf Guiding, Stand-Up Paddle).
Choose your dates: Select your preferred dates based on availability.
Provide your information: Fill in the required details, including the number of participants and any specific requests.
Confirm your booking: Pay the 20% deposit to secure your reservation

Payment Terms

Deposit:
- We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking amount to confirm your reservation.
- You must make this deposit no later than 5 days before your arrival.
- Until you send the deposit, we cannot confirm your booking, and the availability offered may no longer be valid.
- To secure your reservation quickly, you can send us a proof of payment to avoid any delays

2. Balance Payment:

- The remaining 80% of the total amount must be paid in cash upon arrival at the surf house.
- If you pay in Euros, please bring the exact amount, as we cannot provide change.
- If you pay in Moroccan Dirhams, we can provide change if necessary.

Reservation Modifications

You can modify your booking up to 48 hours before the start of your package, subject to availability.
You cannot reschedule the package at the last minute (less than 48 hours before the start date).
The package price will remain unchanged, regardless of any modifications.

Cancellations, Delays, and No-Shows

Non-refundable deposit:
- The 20% deposit is non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or modification.
Delays or unforeseen circumstances:
- In case of delays or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., missed flights, delays), you are still required to pay the full package price as initially agreed.
- We cannot change the package dates, and the stay will proceed according to the prearranged schedule, even if you arrive late or miss part of the stay.
Early departures:
- If you decide to leave earlier than planned, the package price will remain unchanged.
- No refunds or discounts will be given for unused days or services.

Confirmation

Your booking is considered confirmed once:

The 20% deposit is received.
You have received an official confirmation email from Natural Surf Morocco.

Additional Notes

Please prepare your payment in advance to avoid delays upon arrival.
For group bookings or special requests, contact us before completing your reservation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Client

Non-refundable deposit:
- The 20% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or modification.
Cancellation notice period:
- You must communicate cancellations at least 48 hours before the start of your package.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start date, the full package price is due, and no refunds will be issued.

We are committed to providing the services included in the selected package, as described on our website or in your booking confirmation.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, operational issues), we reserve the right to modify the activities or schedule to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all participants.
We are not liable for:
- Personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
- Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., transportation issues, weather conditions).

Obligations of the Client

Clients are required to:

Follow safety instructions:
- Respect the guidelines provided by instructors, guides, and staff during all activities.
- Wear safety equipment when required (e.g., life jackets, helmets).
Be physically fit for the activities:
- Inform us in advance of any medical conditions or physical limitations that could affect participation.
Respect the property:
- Treat the surf house, equipment, and facilities with care. Clients will be charged for any damages caused.
Adhere to the schedule:
- Arrive on time for activities and transfers.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance that covers:
- Medical emergencies and accidents during activities such as surfing and paddleboarding.
- Cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Natural Surf Morocco does not provide travel insurance or coverage for personal belongings.

Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection

We collect personal data from clients to process bookings, provide our services, and enhance their experience. This data may include:

Name, email address, and phone number.
Payment details (processed securely through third-party payment providers).
Any additional information provided during the booking process (e.g., special requests, medical conditions).
Photos and videos of clients taken during their stay and activities.

The collected data, including photos and videos, may be used for the following purposes:

Booking and communication: To confirm bookings and provide updates about your stay.
Learning and improvement:
- Photos and videos taken during surf lessons will be shared directly with clients to highlight mistakes, improve techniques, and enhance learning.

- Some photos and videos may also be used for promotional content on:

  - Social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others.
  - Marketing materials such as flyers or advertisements.

Consent for Photos and Videos

- By participating in our activities, clients agree to be photographed or filmed for learning purposes and promotional use unless they explicitly opt out.
How to opt-out:
- Clients can opt out of appearing in promotional photos and videos by notifying us:

  - Directly to our staff during their stay.
No impact on services:
- Opting out will not affect the quality of your experience or the services provided.
Removal upon request:
